Fallen Women is all about women's heroism, perseverance, strength and fortitude, enduring qualities that have kept women afloat for centuries, with some humor for good measure.  In these images, we see women yielding to the condition at hand, or what can be called grace. Her body language suggests that she is neither panicked nor thinks herself in imminent danger.  On the contrary, she trusts that she will literally land on her feet. In our time of crisis, I present a feminist perspective on women who have unflinchingly faced catastrophe with a superhuman resilience.
